2023 LVISSAA Senior Boys Rugby

- Any and all changes to League Schedule must be cleared by the Commissioner.
League Structure:
For the 2023 season, schools have opted into an “Island League”. This league will include 8 schools (3-AA and 5-AAA). The league will use a single round-robin format. Should a school withdraw during the season, games featuring that school will be canceled and all results deleted from the table. Mark Isfeld has requested to play on an exhibition basis only.
While the results of all league games will be recorded on the league table, only games within the same tier (AA/AAA) will be used to determine playoff seeding.
Points will be awarded as follows:
4 points for a win
2 points for a draw
1 bonus point for scoring four or more tries
1 bonus point when losing by seven or fewer points
Ties in standings will be broken based on head-to-head result.
Score breakdowns (Tries, Converts, PG’s) are to be reported and will be used as a tiebreaker if needed
