In this High School Athletic Association :

• there are 2 age groupings for students in gr 9-12
• there are 20 schools, public and independent
• Competition is divided into divisions
  according to school size or team preferences
• Each of the 14 sports will offer anopportunity
  to advance to  Island zone +BC Championships
